Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Never understood the craze until I started making them! This is my absolute go to Smoothie Bowl Recipe, I love getting creative with the toppings too from nuts and seeds to dried fruit!


2 frozen + 2 regular bananas

1/2 cup almond milk (125 ml)

4 Medjool dates

1 cup frozen blueberries

1/4 cup rolled oats

1 tbsp Chia seeds

Toppings: sliced banana, shredded coconut, fresh strawberries, chopped raw and unsalted almonds and rolled oats



Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Add your favourite toppings.
